Absolutely in love with our purchases! From the time we walked in to the time they delivered our beautiful furniture- everything was stress free & easy for us as the buyers. We live in a smaller & older home, therefore the furniture moving conditions were not the best- however the movers- Adrian & Sam were amazing & assured us they would get our future in with no problem. Thank you Simplicity!!!

It’s been a year and a half since purchasing my bed frame and mattress. We’ll start with the good things first. The bed frame is beautiful, solid wood and it’s truly a statement piece. Bed slats are made of very thick wood which will (hopefully) never break. Delivery was quick, not next day like advertised but within a week. Good enough. Now, on to the disappoints since I spent a good chunk of money on this bed. While hauling away the old furniture, the crew put a nice hole in my drywall when the door fell and they didn’t catch it. Offered to fix it which my husband agreed to but in the end made it sound like it would be unpaid on their part so we graciously said we would take care of it. The mattress which was $1000 (including box springs) was…. Not comfortable. I’ve been way more pleased with the bed in a box at 1/5th of the cost. That’s fine, we’ll just get some memory foam to put over it. Go to sleep that night, holy squeaks out of the bed frame. They did offer to have their repair man to come out and fix it but at the time my husband was on night shift and I didn’t want to interrupt his sleep more than it had already been interrupted with the delivery. Some tightening of the screws every few weeks fixed it up. Fast forward to this month, a year and a half later, the mattress is broken in enough to where we can take the memory foam off. Yay!!… until 2am last night when we were in the middle of a deep sleep and the loudest bang and sensation of falling made me jump out of my skin. The corner of our bed was on the floor! The thick wood slates didn’t break, the solid wood didn’t buckle but the tiny 3 screws holding that side of the bed up, had broken off at the head!! 12 tiny screws hold this entire gigantic heavy bed up. No wonder it broke! Thankfully it was a semi easy fix for my husband but not after I had a completely sleepless night from the crash. So here I am, writing this running on 2 hours of sleep writing a list of things wrong with this bed that was $2600 and “good quality”. Our bed from Ashley’s and Wayfair that looked like a strong gust could blow them over held out for longer than this one and for 1/10th of the cost. Overall: the store is a nice concept. You feel good about your purchase in the story. Buying quality, local furniture. Really an investment piece that will last for years only to be very disappointed as time goes on. This is our second time buying furniture at simplicity! Pat is very friendly and helpful! This staff is very friendly as well! They talked with us and helped us find a mattress and mattress topper and now we bought a brand new couch from them! When we went to buy our mattress we had our daughter and niece and nephew with us! Pat played the guitar and kept them occupied while helping us find a perfect mattress! These guys do not disappoint! I would recommend them to anyone!

I have never quite had an experience in my life like I did at Simplicity. The furniture is top quality, and they have great sales. However, it is the service that truly makes this place what it is (and perhaps the music and décor). Not only are the staff extremely friendly, but they...well I'm not quite sure how to describe it. They host comedy nights here; they host paint party nights; the owner was picking a guitar when we walked in; he gave me a box of mac and cheese with my purchase (possibly the most iconic thing I have ever witnessed; I will save it forever); i was also given complimentary throw pillows with my purchase; we were brought water bottles on a serving tray... I could go on and on but this place is truly amazing and if you're heading to Ashley furniture next door, turn around and go to Pat's.

Ben worked with us to help furnish over half of our new home one Saturday and he was amazing! He showed us everything and really helped piece the vision we had together. Pat also gave us a heck of a deal plus the free delivery and haul away alone Simplicity offers is unbeatable. This is not a normal furniture store, you walk in, they offer you a drink and make you feel like family. Delivery was prompt, everything we purchased was well cared for during the delivery, and the guys were nothing but professional! Thanks Simplicity, we will be definitely be back for any of our future furniture needs!

First of all i hate writing reviews but people should no about our experience with Pat Coslett furniture. We bought Furniture from them almost 2yrs ago or it will be in December. We bought a leather sofa and love seat, a table with chairs, a reclining rocker, and a tv stand .They were super friendly when we first went in offered something to drink we purchased a leather sofa and love seat gave 1799.00 for sofa and 1799.00 for love seat the furniture was delivered in a timely manner. But there were problems with it one side set up higher than the others neither pieces were fillwith filling correctly we started calling the first week they said they could come out after Christmas that was ok come January no word February no word we started calling everytime they said they would be out never came we started going out there they would make a work order and nothing came from it this went on for over a year and the my husband stop by there one afternoon and was pissed wanted it fixed after 15 months a guy came one afternoon and seen how bad it looked and said it need filling and would be back on monday to fix himself well that has never happened .we spent 8,000dollars with them and got a pie. We tryed to buy a warranty and Pat said his word and a hand shake was the warranty that's not true once they get your money that's it they are done with you i guess that's why they want sell a warranty listen fokes don't trust them. We are elderly people and worked hard to save to buy new furniture we payed with cash also the tv stand we gave 1,600for it they broke a leg on it the day of delivery took it back put a small screw in it and bought it back Andrew my husband had to fix it himself .To this Day we have never heard a word from them i hope this can help to not make the mistake we did its very sad to be treated this way by anyone alway get a warranty nevere take a hand shake or someone word when your spending alot of money.
